Amazing Spa Experience

I had a good time at the Serenity Spa. The services were fantastic and offered access to a private pool and hot tub, which was much less crowded than the main resort. It was a peaceful retreat that really added to my overall stay at the resort.

Dine At Tides Restaurant

The food at Tides Restaurant is absolutely delicious! I had an Egg White Omelette with Chicken Sausage that was cooked to perfection. The quality of food makes the wait well worth it. I only wish I could have tried more items from the menu during my stay.

Spacious and Comfortable Rooms

Our room was quite spacious with great water pressure in the bathroom. The deck had two chairs where I enjoyed my morning coffee with a nice view of the bay. The comfort level was great, making it a perfect home away from home.

Fun for Families

The Polynesian Luau show was a fantastic activity for the kids! They had so much fun, and I appreciated that there were children-friendly activities that kept them entertained while we relaxed by the pool. It really made the resort feel family-oriented.

I had a fantastic time at the Sheraton Spa. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made my pedicure experience truly enjoyable. However, I encountered some minor issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the availability of towels during my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but improvements could be made regarding room service.
